Account Management
For each opportunity, we assign a Staffing Specialist as Account Manager to be your personal point of contact. The job of the Staffing Specialist is to manage the entire process with the customer, from beginning to end.

Job Description
This is one of the most critical steps in the Kenney Staffing Process. At this stage the Staffing Specialist goes over the complete details of the opening with the hiring manager to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of all job requirements and critical skills, as we prepare to begin our search of qualified candidates. This ensures we find the perfect fit each time we recruit.

Resume Resources
In addition to our own huge database of qualified personnel, Kenney Staffing employs professional recruiters across the nation. This provides a phenomenal network of human talent to pull from and allows us to provide a quicker turn around on even the most difficult of openings.

24 hour Response Time
Kenney Staffing, with our large pool of resources, can provide quality candidates usually within 24 hours of receiving a job opening from our customer.

Pre-Screening and Testing
As a service to our customers, Kenney Staffing performs our own internal pre-screening and testing process to pre-qualify all candidates we are considering for a potential opening. This allows us to accurately read the knowledge and skill level of the candidate in order to ensure that we are providing qualified personnel to our customers and not just great looking resumes.

Pre Interview
Before a candidate is submitted, the Staffing Specialist will meet with the candidate one on one to ensure that they possess the complete package necessary to be successful.
