The Data Center Manager will have
two primary areas of responsibility. First, the Manager will execute the vision and overall agenda within the company for managing data and information infrastructure as enterprise assets. Doing so will require extensive interaction across the organization to understand the needs and requirements of the business and operational units. Key artifacts to be developed and maintained are a logical enterprise data model and a data management roadmap for the organization as a whole. Second, the Manager will be responsible for the organization’s Infrastructure ownership, stewardship, and governance programs and will ensure adoption of these programs through appropriate documentation and training processes.

Lead enterprise-wide Network, Data and Infrastructure program and operations

Develop, champion, and execute information management vision, strategy

Oversee the development and definition of data standards and data quality goals

Serve as the chief data steward and data quality advocate within the organization

Manage enterprise data and information assets
.
·
Build and manage the data provisioning capability within the company.

The Manager will interact extensively with business and functional units across the organization, will define and oversee enterprise technology based data initiatives, and will provide clear and effective leadership of cross-functional teams engaged in the delivery of these initiatives.

The Manager will also oversee the development and definition of data standards and data quality goals, and will serve as the chief data steward and data quality advocate within the organization.

The Manager works closely with IT staff provide requirements, manage priorities and provide input into release schedules and project plans.
