Network Architect Analyst

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a junior to mid level IT Security Specialist with experience in completing Security Testing and Evaluation on IT systems, including penetration testing and vulnerability scanning. The candidate, under minimal supervision, will be able to assess IT systems against the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800 series (specifically 800-53/53A/37/39). 
 
Minimum Qualifications:
 
Familiarity with the Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M), remediation actions, and risk acceptance process.
 
-Knowledge of the Dept of Interior Cyber Security Assessment and Management (CSAM) tool a plus but not required.
 
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
-Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
 
-Ability to travel as requested
 
-Ability to obtain a security clearance (Government NACI Level)
